Although technically we are not in Summer just yet it definitely felt like it over the weekend when photographing Lucy and Chris for their engagement photo shoot.
They have chosen a beautiful barn on a farm that is quite special to Lucy in the sleepy village of Kingston Deverill in Wiltshire. It has a stunning church where Lucy was christened so it has some special memories for Lucy.
I am so looking forward to this wedding next month as it feels like it should be on a TV show. They are putting so much hard work, effort and time into making this a beautiful day. At the moment the barn is just an empty shell but it will look absolutely stunning when they have finished with their creative touches.
Here is a selection from the other day when we got to have a laugh at the farm.
This photo doesn’t do the barn doors justice. They were absolutely huge! They are going to be decorated for the big day and will be a real show stopper.
I love the moodiness to this black and white image. Its great that we can capture so much emotion in one day.
I was spoilt for backdrops on the farm. I am very much looking forward to the group shots for this wedding as I really think we can capture some very stylistic natural images 🙂
I love using my toy Holga lens, I find it gives me a look and feel to my images you cant match in Photoshop.
